Wednesday #Poetry: Adapt, Glide, Lie

Welcome to my regular Wednesday poetry corner, brought to you by Three Word Wednesday.

Today's words are: Adapt, Glide, Lie.

Sing in me, O golden muse
Adapt these, my cloddish sinews,
Let prosody fly
To a poetic lie
Thus glide beyond bare, bloody thews

... and I wouldn't say "no" to a winning lottery ticket, either.
